Home Care Nurse (Full Time / Part-Time / Freelance)
Roles & Responsibilities
Your primary duty is to assess Care Recipients and provide nursing care in their homes. You will be working closely with the Care Team to deliver quality nursing care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Possess Diploma in Nursing
- At least 3 years of Clinical Experience
OR
- Enrolled Nurse registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Possess NITEC in Nursing
- At least 5 years of Clinical Experience
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may apply
- Good Interpersonal and Communications Skills
- Sensitive to Patients’ and Clients’ needs
- Active Learner & Team Player
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform Nursing Procedures independently in the patient’s home
- Provide comprehensive and holistic Nursing Care to patients
- Courteous and Professional
- Adhere to Operational and Nursing Policies set up by the Company
- Responsible for money collection from clients for services rendered
- Expected to attend regular trainings and periodic evaluations
- Travelling from home to home (within Singapore) will be required
- Able to perform late night and weekend duties
- Conversant in Mandarin and/or local Chinese dialects, Malay, or Burmese would be an advantage.
